Equipement Delivered
- 110 kV transformer bay
- Expansion of the grounding system, lightning protection, and outdoor lighting
- 20 kV switchgear, 20 kV connection for the 63 MVA 110/20 kV transformer, and 20 kV neutral earthing resistor
- Auxiliary AC power supply system (400/231 V, 50 Hz) with an auxiliary diesel generator and auxiliary DC power supply system (220 V DC) for the Solar Plant Operator's needs
- Relay protection and automatic voltage regulation (AVR) system for the 110/20 kV transformer, relay protection for the 20 kV resistor and 20 kV switchgear
- Control, signaling, billing, and operational measurement systems
- Fire alarm system
- Station computer under the jurisdiction of the Solar Plant Operator and integration into the remote control system (CDU) of the Solar Plant Operator
- 110 kV transformer bay relay protection system and expansion of busbar protection and breaker failure protection under HOPS jurisdiction
Scope of Work
- Preparation of the complete detailed electrical design (execution project)
- Preparation of relay protection settings
- Facility construction – electrical part on a turnkey basis
- Parameterization, configuration, testing, and commissioning of all delivered equipmentParameterization, configuration, testing, and commissioning of all delivered equipment
- Integration of the bay into the station computer under HOPS (Croatian Transmission System Operator) jurisdiction and into the remote control system (CDU/NDC HOPS)
