Turnkey construction of the 33/110 kV Substation Dugobabe and the connecting 110 kV line bay at the 400/220/110 kV Substation Konjsko – electrical part, enabling the connection of the Dugobabe, Torine, and Vidukin Gaj Solar Power Plants with a total connection capacity of up to 100 MVA, for clients Dugobabe d.o.o., Torine d.o.o., and Vidukin Gaj d.o.o.

- Earthing system, lightning protection, and outdoor lighting
- 33 kV switchgear, 33 kV connection to the 100 MVA 110/33 kV transformer, 33 kV neutral point earthing resistor
- Auxiliary AC power supply system (400/231 V, 50 Hz) with an auxiliary diesel generator and auxiliary DC power supply system (220 V DC) for the Solar Plant Operator's needs
- Relay protection system for the 110 kV cable line bay
- Relay protection system and automatic voltage regulation (AVR) for the 110/30 kV transformer; relay protection for the 33 kV resistor and 33 kV switchgear
- Control, signaling, billing, and operational measurement systems
- Fire alarm system
- Station computer under the jurisdiction of the Solar Plant Operator and integration into the remote control system (CDU) of the Solar Plant Operator
