The project includes the delivery and installation of water level sensors and the development of an advanced water resource monitoring system at strategic locations: HPP Kihansi, HPP Kidatu, HPP New Pangani Falls, HPP Mtera, and HPP Nyumba Ya Mungu. Through systematic integration, all collected data and functionalities have been connected and integrated into the Grid Control Center (GCC), ensuring centralized monitoring and optimized management of water resources at the national level.

Scope of Work
- Preparation of the detailed electrical design for all delivered cabinets and systems.
- Development of PLC applications for the water resource management system.
- Modification of PLC and SCADA systems at HPP Kihansi and HPP Kidatu for AGC integration.
- Installation supervision.
- Works were carried out without long-term total plant shutdowns.
- Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) of all subsystems.
- Phased commissioning until full availability was achieved.
- Staff training for the operation and maintenance of the newly delivered systems.
