Employees

We collect and process personal data about employees for the purposes of recruitment, payroll and other benefits, maintaining employee records, accounting, and contract performance. We submit employee personal data to the Tax Administration, pension and health insurance institutes, and others (banks, other companies, and auditors) in accordance with legal obligations.

Customers and Suppliers

We collect and process personal data about customers and suppliers for the purposes of receiving inquiries, providing quotes, concluding and performing contracts, accounting, billing, and payments.

Data Processing

We treat the personal data you make available to us confidentially — we process data in accordance with consent exclusively for the stated purpose.

Data Subject Rights

Every data subject has the right to access their personal data, and the right to correct, supplement, or delete it. Every data subject has the right to withdraw their consent in writing and request the cessation of further processing of personal data. Personal data is kept for legally prescribed periods, or until the purpose for which it was collected is fulfilled.

Security Measures

We have implemented security measures (technical and organizational) for the purpose of protecting personal data. The Data Protection Officer ensures the lawfulness of personal data processing and the exercise of rights to personal data protection.

Complaints

In the event that you believe we have violated any of your rights as a data subject, you have the right to file a written complaint with the Company Management as the internal supervisory body via the Company Secretariat and with the Personal Data Protection Agency.
